About
Hi! I’m Amanda and I’m the owner for Shine Studio, and Co-owner of or sister company, Glow Wellness. I’m a Senior Cosmetologist and have been licensed since 2003. I opened Shine Studio in 2016 with a focus on creating a fun and safe environment for stylists to be able to be themselves and work to their fullest potential. I had no idea at the time that we would grow to what we are now and I’m forever thankful to our team for sharing this vision and creating the space we have today.
As a stylist, I work a limited schedule, but when I am behind the chair I usually have my hands in color of some kind. I enjoy creating blondes and dimensional brunettes the most and find I can really let my creativity flow the most with those in my chair.
I currently live in the mountains with my husband, our two boys and our Rottweiler. In my spare time, you can usually find me at a sports practice or game of some kind for my oldest while I’m chasing our toddler around.
